Hiring Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) - Midlothian, VA Healing Spa (family-owned, locally operated for 6+ years) is hiring a full-time or part-time Licensed Massage Therapist. We have a strong, steady client base with a full schedule — you can start working and earning right away. Students and individuals currently completing massage therapy training are encouraged to apply ! We are willing to work with your school or training schedule and provide and opportunity to gain valuable hands on experience in a professional environment. Hours Vary 30-40+ Flexible Schedule Pay options: $30-$35/hour + tips OR 50% commission + tips No admin work — focus on your clients Consistent bookings (deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, couples) Relaxed, quiet, clean, supportive work environment Established spa with repeat clientele 6135

Harborside Center Loop, Midlothian, VA Hours:

Typically 10 AM - 8 PM (based on bookings) We also offer foot reflexology and facials, so there's strong daily client flow. If you're licensed, reliable, and ready to work, we're looking to hire ASAP.

804-767-5000 Call/Text (Owner): 804-971-3682 Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification in good standing Proven experience in patient service, customer service, and patient assessment techniques Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Prior experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain treatment plans clearly and compassionately Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules Join us if you're passionate about making a tangible difference in people's lives through skilled massage therapy!
