Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy services customized to each client's needs. Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate treatments. Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes. Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and stocked. Educate clients on wellness, self-care, and recommended follow-up treatments. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. Work collaboratively with the spa team to create an outstanding guest experience. Qualifications Current Massage Therapy License (required). Strong knowledge of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stone, or other massage modalities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
