Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will provide therapeutic massage treatments to patients, helping them improve their overall well-being and alleviate pain. Your expertise in trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and acute pain management will be essential in delivering exceptional patient service.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy
  • Assess clients' needs and create personalized treatment plans
  • Provide relief from muscle tension and pain through targeted massage therapy
  • Educate clients on proper self-care techniques to enhance treatment outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in massage therapy techniques and advancements in the field
Qualifications:
  • Valid Massage Therapist license/certification (Specialized in deep tissue)
  • Proficient knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Strong assessment skills to determine appropriate treatment plans for clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional patient service
  • Ability to perform physical examinations and assess patients' conditions accurately
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices in a healthcare setting
