Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Part-Time (Must be available Saturdays 10:00 am

Warrenton, VA Poplar Spring Day Spa is hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in Warrenton, VA.

We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and guest-focused therapist to join our growing spa team. This is a part-time massage therapist position with weekend availability required and flexible weekday hours based on demand. Massage Therapist Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy services including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and customized treatments (30, 60, and 90 minutes) Conduct client consultations, review health history, and assess individual needs Create personalized treatment plans to address pain relief, stress reduction, and overall wellness Provide a high-end spa experience with excellent customer service Recommend massage schedules, enhancements, and retail products Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms in accordance with spa and sanitation standards Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and retention Qualifications Active Virginia Massage Therapy License (LMT required) Experience in massage therapy, spa, or wellness center preferred Strong knowledge of massage techniques and bodywork Excellent communication and client care skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Compensation & Benefits Commission-based pay (competitive; based on experience) Retail commission and upselling opportunities Flexible schedule in a supportive spa environment Opportunity to grow your clientele within an established spa
