Our mission is to provide an exquisite sensory experience through top-notch body, beauty, and therapeutic services in a tranquil environment. Summary We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist with evening and Saturday availability to join our dedicated team at Five Elements Salon & Day Spa in Rutland, Vermont. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing our clients' well-being through expert massage techniques, contributing to our commitment to providing an exceptional spa experience.
Responsibilities:
Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue to address client needs. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care practices. Collaborate with other spa professionals to enhance overall client experience. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in massage therapy. Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols.
Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist. Proven experience in various massage techniques, particularly deep tissue. Strong client assessment skills with an understanding of pain management principles. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to massage therapy. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client care. Ability to create a relaxing environment for clients. Saturday availability required.
