Position Overview:
- As a Massage Therapist at Olympus Spa, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality massage services to our clients. Your role will involve assessing client needs, providing therapeutic treatments, and contributing to a positive and relaxing spa experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty massages.
- Assess clients' needs and tailor treatments to meet their individual requirements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, calming atmosphere.
- Ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, organized, and sanitary.
- Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques and trends.
- Adhere to all spa policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Valid massage therapy license in the state of Washington.
- Proven experience in providing various types of massages.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to client satisfaction.
