LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPISTS

(LMT) We are hiring 2 Washington State Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) to join our team in Marysville, WA.

COMPENSATION

Compensation is based on the therapist's professional massage experience at the time of hire. Less than 1 year of professional massage experience

• 60-minute massage: $42
• 90-minute massage: $62 1 year or more of professional massage experience
• 60-minute massage: $45
• 90-minute massage: $66 WEEKLY

PAY GUARANTEE

Employees are guaranteed at least the applicable Washington State and local minimum wage for all hours worked. Massage-service compensation will be included in the weekly payroll calculation. If the total compensation earned under the massage-service rates is not sufficient to meet the applicable minimum-wage requirement for all hours worked, the employer will make up the difference as required by law. Massage-service compensation is not added to the minimum-wage guarantee. The employee will receive the greater amount required under applicable wage laws.

• 100% of tips go directly to the massage therapist.
• W-2 employment.
• Overtime will be calculated and paid as required by Washington State law.

WORK SCHEDULE

• Approximately 8 hours per day
• 5 days per week / approximately 40 hours per week
• Work schedule and days off are flexible and can be arranged by mutual agreement
• Days off may vary depending on business needs and employee availability
• Part-time applicants may also be considered

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Washington State Massage Therapist License (LMT) required
• Professional massage experience preferred
• Reliable, responsible, and professional
• Friendly and customer-focused
• Good communication skills
• New graduates are welcome to apply
