Job Summary Join our Collaborative Wellness Center as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and become a vital part of a dynamic team dedicated to promoting holistic health and well-being. In this role, you will deliver personalized massage therapy services that enhance client health, alleviate pain, and support overall relaxation. Your expertise will help clients achieve their wellness goals through tailored treatments, fostering a welcoming environment that emphasizes patient care, education, and comfort. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments to meet individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, current conditions, and treatment goals. Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to maximize benefits. Maintain detailed documentation of each session, including treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring compliance with medical terminology standards. Communicate effectively with clients about their comfort levels, treatment expectations, and any concerns during sessions. Adhere to all safety protocols including CPR certification and proper sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Collaborate with healthcare providers or other wellness professionals when necessary to support comprehensive patient care. Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist (LMT) with current CPR certification. Proven experience in massage therapy with skills in Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and pain management techniques. Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy to accurately assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly. Prior experience working in medical spa settings or occupational health environments is highly desirable. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly. Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and patient assessment processes. Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and maintaining professional standards in all interactions. $48.00 - $98.00 per hour
