What We Offer Full-time employment Flexible scheduling to help support work-life balance Positive, team-oriented work environment Established patient base with opportunities to grow Clean, professional treatment rooms and supplies Responsibilities Provide high-quality therapeutic massage services tailored to each patient's needs Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes Create a welcoming, relaxing experience for every patient Uphold professional, ethical, and sanitation standards Collaborate with other Massage Therapists and Chiropractors to deliver exceptional patient care Qualifications Current Massage Therapy License (state required) Liability Insurance (state required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, and compassionate Ability to work independently and as part of a team Afternoon and evening availability is a plus 90-Day Introductory Period All new employees begin with a 90-day introductory period. This allows both you and our team the opportunity to ensure the position is a good fit. During this time, you'll receive support and feedback as you become familiar with our practice, policies, and patient care standards. At the end of the 90 days, your performance, attendance, professionalism, and overall fit with the team will be reviewed. Successful completion of the introductory period will transition you into regular full-time employment.
