Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual concerns, health history, and treatment goals Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate treatment plans for pain management and relaxation Maintain detailed records of each session, including techniques used, client responses, and progress notes Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, hygiene standards, and licensing regulations Collaborate with other healthcare professionals if necessary to support comprehensive patient care Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification in massage therapy Proven experience in providing various massage techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and general relaxation massages Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Knowledge of pain management strategies and occupational health principles CPR certification is required to ensure safety during all treatments Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is preferred Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Join us to help clients achieve their wellness goals through expert massage therapy!
