We guarantee 80% of your available hours the first eight weeks of Sunday-Thursday offerings while you begin in our space so you can feel supported and secure in your transition. Flourish Chiropractic Spa is a thriving, patient-centered Chiropractic and Massage practice, located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle. We have built a reputation of being a warm, compassionate and inclusive healing space for all folx and have earned over 100 five star ratings on each Google and Yelp. One of our massage therapists is moving to California and his last day is September 25th. He is already booked through that time and has a waitlist of over 15 people. We are looking for a talented, experienced massage therapist that can take on his clientele. This is an employee position that pays (depending on experience) between $45-60 per massage hour, DOE and gratuities earned.

Schedule:

Sundays:

9:15am-2pm (4 massages, 15 minute breaks)

Mondays-Thursdays:

1:20 pm-6:10pm (4 massages, 10 minute breaks) A bonus of $300 will be rewarded after 90 days of employment if you can begin Sundays by September 27th. Responsibilities Provide therapeutic massage services, including deep tissue and trigger point therapy, to alleviate pain and promote healing. Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on their medical history and physical condition. Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment progress. Educate clients on self-care techniques and wellness practices to enhance their recovery. Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all patients, adhering to hygiene, HIPAA, and safety standards. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care. Recommend and Provide CBD Massage with organic CBD massage oil when service is requested. Maintain a full schedule and waitlist by delivering 5 star quality service. Maintain your Washington state massage license & CEs The person in this position will work closely with the Admin, Owner, and Chiropractors to ensure patients have the best experience with our office. We are all the reason why we are top rated on Yelp and have a word-of-mouth practice! Marketing or finding your own clients is NOT expected in this role.
