We specialize in treatment-based massage therapy for both private pay and insurance-based clientele. Our goal is to help people feel their best through compassionate, holistic, and personalized care in a calm, welcoming environment. We have both day and afternoon/evening shifts available, with flexibility on number of days and hours per week. Our therapists are booking out weeks to months in advance, and new therapist's schedules fill quickly. We're looking for two friendly and skilled Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team! You'll have the opportunity to provide massage therapy for a variety of clientele through individualized care that focuses on pain relief, relaxation, and long-term wellness. Experience with treatment-based modalities and medical charting is a plus, but also able to train the right candidate as needed. This position is flexible—perfect for therapists seeking full-time hours or a part-time schedule that supports balance and self-care. What We Offer $35-$45 per hour base pay plus tips and commission, depending on experience Paid Time Off after 1 year of employment In-house continuing education Free monthly massages Discounted services All supplies and table linens provided Flexible scheduling — part-time or full-time options A supportive environment that values your work and well-being What You'll Do Provide professional, treatment-based massage therapy or relaxation massage based on client needs Maintain accurate and confidential HIPAA compliant chart notes Create a clean, calm, welcoming environment for each session Collaborate with a caring, professional team Stay current with best practices and ongoing education What We're Looking For Valid Washington State Massage Therapy License (LMT) Strong skills in treatment-based modalities and approaches Proficiency in patient assessment techniques to identify specific needs for treatment Solid understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Knowledgeable in pain management practices to assist clients effectively Excellent communication and client care abilities Credentialed with insurances (Kaiser, Premera, etc.) is preferred but not required.
