Responsibilities Deliver a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and therapeutic massage treatments tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate therapy approaches and develop customized treatment plans Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients about their treatment progress and address any questions or concerns Ensure client comfort and safety throughout each session by adhering to proper draping techniques and hygiene standards Stay informed about the latest massage therapy practices, anatomy knowledge, physiology, and medical terminology to provide effective treatments Keep detailed records of each session, including client history, treatment notes, and progress reports in compliance with health regulations Promote a welcoming environment that emphasizes patient service excellence and fosters long-term client relationships Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification to practice legally in the state Proven experience in massage therapy with proficiency in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and therapeutic massage treatments Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and pain management techniques Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) from an accredited organization Excellent client communication skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and provide personalized care Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment We specialize in patient education and are looking for others passionate is sharing their knowledge with others to help them lead happier, healthier life styles.
