Our mission is simple:

Reduce pain. Maximize performance. We treat golfers, runners, and active adults who want to stay in the game. Our massage therapists are a core part of that work. This isn't a spa or relaxation massage job. You'll do targeted, movement-focused soft-tissue work. You'll assess each patient, treat what's actually driving their tightness or pain, and send them home with a plan. You'll work side by side with our sports chiropractors. When a patient's problem is rooted in how they move, you'll be part of a coordinated team that finds and fixes it. Demand for massage here is strong. We're currently booking about four weeks out, so you can expect a full schedule. What you'll do Run an initial assessment of each patient's history, goals, and presentation Deliver targeted treatment using sports massage, assisted stretching, IASTM, and cupping Provide both of our appointment types: traditional table-based Sports Massage, and fully clothed table-based Sports Massage + Stretch Give patients home-care guidance to carry the benefits between visits Communicate with our chiropractors on shared patients. Recommend a Movement Assessment and Sports Chiropractic when soft-tissue work alone isn't resolving the problem Document care in our EMR What we're looking for Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program Active Washington State massage therapist license, or eligible to obtain one before starting Strong communication and customer-service skills. You can explain a treatment plan clearly and help patients understand why rebooking matters Interest in sports, movement, and evidence-informed care A plus: experience with IASTM, cupping (myofascial decompression), assisted or Thai-style stretching, or working with athletes. No experience with these yet? Our internal training course will get the right candidate up to speed.
