We are seeking a skilled, professional, and patient focused Licensed Massage Therapist to join our high-volume chiropractic office. The ideal candidate is passionate about therapeutic bodywork, committed to excellent patient care and thrives on team-oriented, fast paced environment. Our clinic serves a diverse clientele and offers a supportive workplace with consistent bookings. You must be able to listen to patients, referring doctors and tailor your massage techniques to meet their individual and medical needs. Our ideal candidate must be able to make a patient feel comfortable and encourage them to return for additional treatment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide high-quality massage therapy services tailored to individual patients needs Perform patient intake assessments and maintain accurate SOAP notes. Educate patients on treatment plans, self-care, and wellness recommendations Maintain a clean, safe and professional environment. Adhere to all state licensing laws, front desk staff, chiropractors and management. Manage time efficiently to stay on schedule with appointments. Promote a welcoming, inclusive, safe environment for patients.

Compensation:

Starting pay $32.00 hourly rate (Hands on Time) $17.13 hourly rate (Hands off Time, no patient on table, charting, clerical, etc.) Availability to make $60-$75K including benefits. Tips and performance incentives.

Qualifications and Desired Qualities:

Must be licensed to practice massage in the State of Washington. Current malpractice insurance. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional demeanor and patient focused mindset Ability to perform physical work, including standing and repetitive motion. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs. Repetitive hand and arm movements.
