We're looking for a skilled massage therapist or two to join our team. Entry level and experience are welcome. You'll start with a steady flow of clients from day one. This part-time role is ideal if you want to add hours to your career, and it has room to grow into full time. We have a mix of cash and insurance clients that look forward to meeting you. We value professionalism, punctuality, and a genuine passion for massage. . What you'll do Provide 60- and 90-minute therapeutic massage sessions Use your knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to tailor each session Keep accurate records of client progress and treatment plans Teach clients self-care techniques and exercises to support their results between visits Maintain a clean, welcoming, and hygienic treatment space Pay and benefits Entry level: 40% commission per massage plus $18.00/hr for non-service time

Experienced:

45% commission per massage plus $18.50/hr for non-service time Paid for time between clients, including room turnover and check-in and check-out Keep 100% of your tips Paid for no-show appointments Paid time off W-2 employment with paid sick leave, Paid Family & Medical Leave, and workers' comp A path from part-time to full-time What we're looking for Current Washington State massage therapist license Your own professional liability (malpractice) insurance Confidence in your techniques and the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their care Openness to learning new techniques and growing your skills Reliability and professionalism with every client How to apply Email with your resume, WA license number, 2 references and a few sentences about your massage style.
