S Huron Rd, Green Bay, WI Hours:
Flexible, but we prefer availability for at least one closing shift per week (we close at 7pm) and our Saturday hours are 9am-5pm. We are closed Sundays! Competitive Pay Structure LMT's pay is based on experience! TIPS are additional! Flexible Scheduling That Works for YOU We prioritize your well-being and want you to love coming to work: Every massage includes an extra 15-minute recovery period between sessions By request, we can extend your recovery time to 30 minutes per service Most of our full-time therapists prefer 4-5 massages per day —but we support whatever feels sustainable for you, even if it's just 2-3 per day We encourage open communication about your schedule load to prevent burnout
What We're Looking For:
A talented and reliable therapist who can perform exceptional sports or deep tissue massage Someone who can take on 12-15 massages per week , including at least one evening shift and Saturdays Individuals passionate about client care and creating an excellent spa experience Both new grads and experienced LMTs are encouraged to apply Why Work With Us?
