Track progress weekly, focusing on guest count, service, and retail sales. Meet monthly with a coach to review progress and set future goals. Complete tracking and prepare goals before coaching sessions. Collaborate with coaches to create and adjust 3-month plans. Evaluate progress and reset goals every 3 months as needed.
