Keep up-to-date with industry trends and certifications in areas like body waxing, facial treatments, or advanced aesthetic procedures to enhance service offerings. Requirements Valid certification or license in massage therapy from an accredited program. Experience working in the beauty or wellness industry with strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments including chemical peels, dermabrasion, or eyelash extensions Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and understand their needs. Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols essential for maintaining a clean treatment environment. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty and satisfaction.
