Job Summary •

$1,000 bonus received after 90 days of employment.•We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various massage techniques and a passion for helping clients achieve their wellness goals. You will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic massages tailored to individual client needs, ensuring a relaxing and healing experience. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and preferences. Provide various types of massages, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform treatment plans and techniques. Offer exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary. Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress while adhering to confidentiality standards. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance service offerings. Qualifications Valid massage therapy license in the state of practice. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Experience in pain management and patient service is highly desirable. Proficiency in deep tissue massage techniques as well as trigger point therapy. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Previous experience in a med spa setting is a plus but not required.
