You'll play an important role in providing compassionate, individualized care while supporting our providers and keeping the clinic running smoothly. What You'll Do Room patients, obtain vital signs, complete intake, and update medications and medical history. Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and in-office treatments. Administer medications and injections as ordered and within scope of practice. Document patient care accurately and maintain up-to-date Electronic Health Records (EHR). Coordinate patient care, including scheduling, referrals, testing, and follow-up. Respond to patient calls, messages, questions, and requests. Provide patient education and instructions as directed by the provider. Prepare exam and procedure rooms and maintain appropriate clinical supplies. Work with multiple providers and team members to support efficient clinic operations and excellent patient care. Basic Qualifications Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program. Familiarity with EHR systems. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy clinical environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in gynecology, primary care, or medical-surgical settings. Experience supporting more than one provider during a clinic day.
