• Conduct patient intake and process patient data, including updating electronic medical records.
• Provide patient education and support, including explaining treatment options and addressing patient concerns.
• Assist with the management of patient flow, ensuring that patients are seen in a timely manner.
• Participate in medical and administrative tasks, such as preparing lab samples and scheduling appointments.
• Maintain a strong understanding of medical procedures and protocols.
• Demonstrate a commitment to patient service and physiology knowledge, consistently going above and beyond to ensure patient satisfaction.

• Experience:

• Previous experience working in a clinic or inpatient setting is required.
• Must have a strong understanding of patient care and physiology knowledge.
• Familiarity with vital signs and medical procedures is essential.
• Ability to assist with in-office procedures and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for providing exceptional patient service and care.
