About Katie's Way At Katie's Way, mental health care is personal. Founded in 2015, Katie's Way was created with a mission to eliminate the pain, suffering, and unnecessary loss of life caused by depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. Position Summary Katie's Way is seeking a compassionate, organized, and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) / TMS Technician to join our team in the Fairbanks area. This is an in-person position. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, supportive, and therapeutic environment. You will serve as the face of our clinic while providing exceptional patient care and operational support. No prior TMS experience is required. We provide comprehensive training to the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Administer Deep TMS treatments in accordance with clinical protocols. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Ensure a safe, professional, and therapeutic treatment environment. Complete patient intake procedures, including obtaining required forms and privacy acknowledgements. Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service. Schedule patient appointments and manage provider calendars. Collect patient payments and assist with billing-related questions. Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documentation. Maintain compliance with clinic policies, HIPAA regulations, and applicable healthcare standards. Assist with additional clinical and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Proficiency with computers and technology systems. Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions. Successfully pass a background check.

Preferred:

Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or direct patient care. Knowledge of medical terminology. Understanding of military culture, operations, and practices. Experience as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), EMT, CNA, Medical Assistant, or other clinical support role. Experience working with military members, veterans, and their families.
