POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of the Medical Assistant Lead is to work in collaboration with the Clinic Manager to build a strong team environment that focuses on customer and patient satisfaction while delivering kind, accurate, efficient, and timely support in a fast-paced, ever-changing clinic. The Medical Assistant Lead also provides leadership to the clinical support staff, ensuring adherence to clinic protocols, fostering teamwork, and serving as a point of contact for resolving day-to-day operational challenges.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED 2 years Medical Assisting Experience Certified in Medical Assisting
