What We Offer PRN/part-time daytime schedule Outpatient primary care setting Supportive, small-team work environment Opportunity for additional hours as the practice grows Hands-on experience in both clinical and administrative aspects of primary care Opportunity to grow into greater responsibilities over time Responsibilities Room patients and obtain vital signs Assist the physician with patient care and basic clinical procedures Prepare exam rooms and help maintain efficient patient flow Document and update patient information in the EMR Assist with prior authorizations, medication requests, and insurance documentation Assist with patient messages, forms, and other clinical/administrative tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment Qualifications Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required Previous medical office or clinical experience preferred EMR and prior authorization experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Friendly and professional with patients Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn Comfortable working as part of a small team and helping where needed We are looking for someone who takes pride in patient care, communicates well, and wants to become a valued member of our practice.
