About Full Life Wellness Full Life Wellness is a patient-centered medical and wellness clinic focused on delivering high-quality, compassionate care in an efficient, professional environment. We are growing and looking for a Medical Assistant who takes pride in their work, moves with urgency, and understands how critical their role is to patient care and clinic flow. Position Overview The Medical Assistant (MA) supports providers and patients by ensuring smooth clinic operations, accurate clinical documentation, and an exceptional patient experience. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. This is not a "just room patients" role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and accountable. Key Responsibilities Room patients promptly and obtain vitals, medical histories, medications, and allergies Prepare charts and ensure documentation is complete prior to provider exams Assist providers during exams, procedures, injections, and treatments Administer injections and perform clinical tasks within scope and training Perform lab draws, specimen handling, and testing as applicable Maintain clean, stocked, and patient-ready exam rooms Accurately document all patient interactions in the EMR Educate patients on procedures, treatment plans, and follow-up care Support patient flow to minimize wait times and maximize provider efficiency Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines Qualifications CMA or RMA preferred (or equivalent experience) 1-2+ years of experience in a medical or wellness clinic Strong clinical and documentation skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the practice What We're Looking For Someone who shows up on time and prepared Someone who takes ownership, not shortcuts Someone who cares about patients and efficiency Someone who can handle change and growth without drama Why Join Full Life Wellness Supportive leadership with clear expectations Team-oriented culture focused on excellence Opportunity for growth and expanded responsibilities Meaningful work in a patient-first environment
