Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Medical Assistant, where your energy and dedication will directly impact patient care and clinic efficiency. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills, while making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. Hours Monday through Thursday. Our office is closed on Friday. Duties Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and facilitate smooth patient intake processes Measure and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration Assist healthcare providers with clinical procedures such as medication administration and X-ray preparation Maintain detailed documentation within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, including patient histories, and treatment notes Support physicians by preparing examination rooms and maintaining efficient work flow Qualifications Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and medication administration protocols Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems in outpatient settings Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately across diverse populations Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings l
