What You'll Do No two days are exactly the same, and that's one of the things our team loves most. You'll help provide excellent care by: Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs Preparing patients for exams and procedures Assisting providers during patient visits Performing EKGs and CLIA-waived testing Collecting specimens and performing in-office testing, including: COVID testing Influenza testing Strep testing Urinalysis Urine pregnancy testing Blood glucose testing Administering injections and immunizations Updating electronic medical records accurately we use ECW Managing patient messages and phone calls Coordinating referrals and prior authorizations when needed Keeping exam rooms clean, stocked, and organized Helping wherever the team needs support Being cross trained to work front and back office is a bonus We'd love to meet someone who is: Kind and compassionate with every patient Friendly and positive, even during busy days Reliable and dependable Organized and detail-oriented Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy A strong communicator Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment A team player who jumps in to help without being asked Eager to learn and continue growing Proud to do their very best work every day Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to stay and grow with our practice.
