Shift Details:

+ Full Time Schedules

+ Some weekends may be required + 8 or 12 hour shifts available depending on the facility

+ Contract Position (flexible with shift availability is a plus)

+ ASAP Start Facility clearance can take 4-8 weeks

• can start as soon as cleared " Candidate must live 70 miles away from the facility.

Certified Medical Assistant Duties & Responsibilities:

+ Assist physicians and healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.

+ Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information.

+ Prepare patients for examinations, treatments, and diagnostic procedures.

+ Perform basic clinical tasks such as specimen collection, injections, wound care, and medication administration as permitted by state regulations.

+ Schedule appointments, maintain patient records, and perform other administrative duties as needed.

+ Educate patients on medications, treatments, and follow-up care instructions.

+ Ensure examination rooms, equipment, and supplies are clean, organized, and properly stocked.

+ Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

+ Follow infection control practices, safety protocols, and facility policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Graduation from an accredited educational institution

+ Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner by the applicable state or reciprocation.

The license MUST be in good standing + 1 year of experience as MA

+ Ability to build rapport with patients

+ Compassionate and caring demeanor

+ Familiarity with medical terminology

+ CPR card issued by the American Heart Association

+ Must have up to date credentials in the state. Benefits
