David J. Friedman, MD PC is a small, privately owned allergy and immunology practice in Oro Valley, AZ, seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team. We offer a patient-focused environment with a consistent Tuesday-Thursday schedule — no nights, weekends, or holidays.

JOB-- Tuesday/Wednesdays and Thursdays. 8-5:30.

Responsibilities:

Room patients and obtain vitals, histories, and chief complaints Assist with allergy testing and administer injections/immunotherapy under physician direction Prepare and maintain exam rooms and clinical supplies Document in our EMR (ModMed/EMA) Communicate with patients regarding appointments, prep instructions, and follow-up care Support day-to-day clinical flow in a small-office setting

Qualifications:

Medical Assistant certification/training (or equivalent experience) preferred Prior clinical experience in a medical office; allergy/immunology experience a plus Comfortable giving injections and assisting with in-office procedures Strong communication skills and comfort working closely with a small team Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a close-knit practice environment

Schedule:

3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday), 8:00 AM - 5:30

PM Compensation:

Salary commensurate with experience
