We are preparing to open our newest clinic in Peoria, Arizona, in early November 2026 and are seeking three Medical Assistants to join our team. Position Overview The Medical Assistant supports providers in delivering high-quality patient care while helping ensure efficient day-to-day clinic operations. Because the Peoria clinic is a new location, team members hired for this role will also be cross-trained in front office responsibilities to provide flexibility and support as the clinic grows. This is an excellent opportunity for Medical Assistants who enjoy variety, teamwork, and being involved in both the clinical and patient-service sides of a medical practice. Responsibilities Clinical Responsibilities Administer injections and assist with IV procedures Perform patient intake, triage, and chart preparation Obtain lab specimens and complete requisitions accurately Prepare exam rooms and assist providers with procedures Monitor patient status and alert providers of concerns Assist with medication administration under provider supervision Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Support efficient patient flow and back-office operations Front Office Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars Verify insurance information and maintain accurate patient records Process patient payments through POS and EMR systems Assist with front office organization and overall clinic flow Qualifications Minimum Requirements Graduate of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent training Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association Phlebotomy experience Ability and willingness to perform both clinical and front office responsibilities Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills Preferred Qualifications Previous Medical Assistant experience Experience administering injections and/or assisting with IVs Experience with EMR systems Previous medical office, scheduling, insurance verification, or patient-service experience Bilingual in English and Spanish Training & Start Date The Peoria clinic is currently anticipated to open in early November 2026; however, the clinic opening date is subject to change based on operational and construction timelines. The anticipated employment and training start date for this position is mid-October 2026 , approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the clinic opening. The exact start date will be confirmed as the clinic opening timeline is finalized. Prior to transitioning to the Peoria clinic, new team members will complete approximately 2-3 weeks of training at our established Litchfield Park location: Balance Hormone Center

What experience do you have with EMR systems and clinical documentation? This position will be cross-trained to assist with front office responsibilities, including patient check-in, phones, scheduling, insurance verification, and payments. What experience do you have with these responsibilities, and are you comfortable working in both clinical and front office functions?
