Job Description

Job Description We are seeking qualified Medical Assistants to support a two-day employee health fair in Prescott, Arizona. This individual will assist with point-of-care testing, vital signs, influenza vaccinations, employee education, documentation, and maintaining an efficient flow between testing stations. Onsite equipment training and orientation will be provided before the event begins.
  • Take blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation.
  • Perform finger-stick glucose and cholesterol testing.
  • Administer influenza vaccinations under onsite PA, NP, or MD supervision.
  • Review results and provide basic health education.
  • Complete consent forms and protect employee information.
  • Assist with setup, cleanup, and employee flow.

  • Medical Assistant experience.
  • Experience with vital signs and finger-stick testing.
  • Experience administering influenza vaccinations.
  • Knowledge of blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood glucose ranges.
  • Ability to follow HIPAA requirements.
  • Available for both event days.
Venipuncture or CardioChek experience.
