In this vital role, you will support physicians and healthcare providers by performing clinical and administrative tasks that ensure seamless patient experiences. Your energy and proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment for diverse patient populations across outpatient and inpatient settings, including specialized areas such as family medicine, urgent care services, women's health, and functional medicine. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment committed to excellence in healthcare delivery. Duties Assist with patient intake processes, including collecting medical histories and verifying insurance information Measure and record vital signs accurately, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates Prepare patients for examinations or procedures by explaining processes and ensuring comfort Support physicians with clinical tasks like administering medications, drawing blood, or preparing X-ray equipment Maintain detailed documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Ensure infection control protocols are followed during all clinical interactions and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Requirements Proven experience as a Medical Assistant in outpatient clinics or hospital settings. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to accurately support patient care activities Familiarity with EHR systems for efficient documentation. Ability to perform clinical duties including vital signs collection, medication administration, and assisting physicain with medical procedures. Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately across diverse populations. Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage intake processes and vital sign documentation effectively

11:30am-8pm, Wednesday 11:30am to 8pm, Thurday 11:30am to 8pm
