Job Description
We are seeking a hard working, responsible Medical Assistant interested in direct patient care with excellent communication skills. A positive, friendly, professional and encouraging demeanor are required. Interest in nutrition and medical weight management are essential. We will train you in everything you need to know to feel confident in your daily routine, but also will rely on standard Medical Assistant skills from prior experience. Require computer skills, posting for insurance and ability to interact with EMR. Spanish-speaking skills a plus. Salary dependent on experience. Schedule appointments Obtain blood samples & IM Injections Perform data entry Measure & record vital signs Clean & prepare exam rooms Assisting with phone calls, handling patient inquiries EKG Assist with joint injections Answer patient emails This position is dynamic.
