Job Description

United Staffing Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Clerical Assistant to support a busy Workers' Compensation office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, has strong organizational skills, and is comfortable communicating with a variety of professionals.
Schedule:
3-4 days per week 8:30 AM - 5:00
PM Pay:
$22.00-$23.00/hour
Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic records Set up and organize new claim files Contact medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties to obtain claim information Answer phones and provide professional customer service Assist with general clerical and administrative support Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
Qualifications:
Strong data entry and computer skills Excellent customer service and communication skills High attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload Previous medical or workers compensation experience strongly preferred
Pay:
$22.00 - $23.00 per hour
