Key Responsibilities:

Assist with patient examinations and ophthalmic procedures, ensuring comfort and safety. Prepare and maintain examination rooms and medical equipment for optimal efficiency. Accurately document patient histories, vital signs, and other relevant information. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to enhance the patient experience. Collaborate effectively with our medical team and communicate clearly with patients.

Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required to support our diverse patient base. Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and technologies. Strong independent problem solver, able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Previous experience as a medical assistant in a healthcare setting is preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
