RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Medical Assistant, you will be using your expertise on being trained and knowledgeable to correctly recommend and help the practitioners utilizing the office lasers, diagnostic technology and serving patients needs. As a Medical Assistant, your position will be to help assist, facilitate and develop the Doctor's medical and surgical practice with daily medical office tasks, patient correspondence, emails, scheduling, prescriptions, bloodwork and follow-up, assisting in procedures, supplies maintenance or performing autonomously as trained, practice and sales development.- Liaise along with other staff with patients, follow-ups and ongoing procedure prescribing/orders/instructions, scheduling, invoicing, pricing, prescriptions.
- Participating and learning and inputting in product/procedure sales and education, which includes working with the office personnel and outside staff.
- Up-sell and educate re procedures and treatments to patients.
