In this vital role, you will support our board-certified dermatologist and PA by managing patient interactions, assisting with clinical procedures, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to delivering exceptional dermatological services in a fast-paced outpatient environment. This paid position offers a rewarding opportunity to grow within a dedicated medical team committed to excellence and compassionate care. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, verify their identity, and assist with check-in procedures using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Take accurate patient histories, and document symptoms related to dermatological concerns. Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures, assisting with positioning, wound care, and ensuring comfort throughout their visit. Support dermatologists during skin assessments, biopsies, cryotherapy, cosmetic treatments, excisions, and Mohs Micrographic Surgery. Document clinical notes accurately in EHR systems, including ICD coding for diagnoses and procedures. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling follow-up appointments and managing patient records efficiently. Skills Strong knowledge of dermatology practices, skin physiology, anatomy, and common dermatological conditions. Proficiency with EHR systems and medical administrative support functions. Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin Chinese is required
