About us Associated Kidney Specialists of the North Bay is a thriving Nephrology practice in Napa Valley. We maintain good reputation and offer excellent services for patients with kidney disease. We are seeking a per diem medical assistant/front desk receptionist for our growing Nephrology practice. We are looking for a friendly and pleasant personality, with good conversation skills over the phone as well as in person. Bilingual skills are a plus. Candidate should demonstrate strong work ethic, team spirit, and motivation.
Job description:
Attending phone calls, Guest behavior skills, reconciling medications, EMR navigation skills, Checking in patients, and other related tasks. Greeting and checking in patients, verifying their insurance, navigating through EMR to register and schedule/re schedule/cancel patient appointments, reconcile co payments, checking out patients, taking messages for doctors and nurse practitioners. Taking vital signs, rooming patients for their visits on as needed basis. Apply online with your resume
