Certified Medical Assistant (MA) with Pediatrics (peds) experience

Daly City, CA (On-site, Full-Time) — May require occasional travel to nearby clinics for coverage About the Role We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant to join our clinical team in Orinda, CA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced outpatient setting, values patient-centered care, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative healthcare team. Key Responsibilities Greet and room patients; record vital signs and update medical histories Administer medications, injections, and immunizations per provider orders Assist providers during patient exams and clinical procedures Accurately document patient interactions in the EMR (Epic experience preferred) Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up care Answer and return patient calls and messages Maintain clean, safe, and organized exam rooms Support clinic flow to ensure timely, high-quality patient care Travel to nearby clinics for coverage when needed Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (required) High school diploma or GED (required) Minimum 1 years of back office clinical experience (required) Epic EMR experience strongly preferred Strong communication skills with patients and team members Professional, reliable, and adaptable in a dynamic clinical environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Full-time, 40 hours per week No weekends or evenings Why Join Us?
