Key Responsibilities Maintain employee database and manage HR department communications Track attendance and leaves to ensure accurate recordkeeping Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring, and salary administration Post job openings online, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees Ensure smooth communication with employees and resolve queries in a timely manner Handle confidential files including HIPAA and personnel file reviews Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and management Ability to interpret instructions and follow HR policies and procedures Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in HR administration or recruitment support Familiarity with HR compliance requirements and confidentiality standards "TSHL01"
Pay:
$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
