Are you a motivated, compassionate Medical Assistant looking to grow your career in a supportive, patient-focused practice? Spine & Nerve Diagnostic Center is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to join our team at our Folsom, CA location. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in providing excellent patient care, and are eager to learn, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Room patients and obtain accurate vital signs. Prepare patients for exams and procedures. Use Epic (EHR) for patient check-in, check-out, appointment scheduling, and documentation. Assist with both clinical and administrative duties. Scan and organize patient records. Communicate with patients by phone, My Health Online, and text messaging. Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential medical records. Support providers and fellow team members to ensure an outstanding patient experience. Qualifications We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and patient-focused. Eager to learn and develop new skills. Coachable and receptive to feedback. Dependable, punctual, and organized. A quick learner with strong attention to detail. Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
