Job Description

About Us:
OC Diabetes and Endocrinology is a patient-centered specialty clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care for diabetes, thyroid, and endocrine disorders. We pride ourselves on excellent communication, teamwork, and a supportive environment.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Bilingual Medical Assistant (English-Vietnamese) to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is dependable, empathetic, and able to communicate effectively with both English- and Vietnamese-speaking patients.
Responsibilities:
Greet and room patients; take vitals and update medical histories Manage lab orders, referrals, authorizations, and medication refills Maintain accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks (EHR) Educate patients on diabetes technology (CGM, insulin pens, etc.) Translate and interpret medical information for Vietnamese patients Scheduling, phone triage, etc.
Qualifications:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent training preferred Bilingual fluency in English and Vietnamese required Experience in endocrinology, diabetes care, or primary care is a plus Strong communication and multitasking skills Proficiency with computers and electronic health records (eClinicalWorks experience preferred)
Schedule:
Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM)
Compensation & Benefits:
