Job Description
Broadway Imaging Center offers a multi-faceted approach to perfecting diagnostic imaging with a skillful and professional staff, state of the art equipment and an excellent chief radiologist. BIC has provided quality care to the greater Los Angeles area since 1994, making it one of the longest standing imaging centers in the county.
Position:
Administrative Assistant / Front Office /Scheduler Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls
- Scheduling patients for their procedure(s)
- Questioning patients thoroughly regarding their procedure
- Outgoing calls to patients to schedule insurance authorized tests
- Filing paperwork
- Administrative work
- Checking patients in
- Knowledge of insurance eligibility/ Willingness to learn
- Making sure patients are cared for and admitted on time for procedures
