LOCATION

: Glendale, CA Cordial Healthcare Providers is currently seeking to hire a full-time Medical Assistant to work as a Quality Assurance/Medical Records Specialist to start ASAP! We are looking for applicants with outstanding customer service skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Gather documents from Home Health for review and signature and send it back to Home Health. Responsible for reviewing charts. Demonstrates customer service excellence consistently. Ensures patient's right to privacy, safety and confidentiality are maintained in accordance with HIPPA regulations. Build and maintain strong business relationships. Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Home Health experience is preferred but not required. 1 year of administrative/clerical experience in a medical setting and working with older adults. (Preferred but not required) Proficient in English is required. Bilingual in Tagalog or Spanish is preferred. High School Diploma/GED is required. Nursing graduate is a plus/preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus, Medical Assistant certificate is a plus. Experience in medical field is preferred. Experience with basic computer software

• Excel, Microsoft word, Adobe Acrobat and the ability to learn electronic medical records.

Strict attention to detail, high level of accuracy Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work as a team member as well as individually. Ability to multitask, prioritize appointments, stay organized ensuring excellent patient experience and care. Schedule Monday to
