The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our medical staff and ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care. This position requires a strong understanding of medical procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Hours:

Monday

• Friday 8:00 am
• 5:00 pm / 8:30 am
• 5:30 pm / 9:00 am
• 6:00 pm Responsibilities
• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Administer medications as directed by the physician and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Warmly greet and assist patients at the front and back office.
• Perform blood draws (venipuncture) safely and effectively.
• Process laboratory samples accurately.
• Assist with EKGs, pulmonary function test, drug screen, respiratory exam, vision test, hearing test, and pre-employment physical examination.
• Provide clerical and administrative support.

Experience Previous experience as a Medical Assistant Previous experience as a Phlebotomist Previous experience performing a wide range of services including pulmonary function tests, drug screens, respiratory exams, vision exams, hearing exams

Preferred:
