This is a part-time, contract opportunity with the potential to become temp-to-hire, based in Southern California and requiring local travel between assigned sites.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Our partner is seeking a dependable and personableSpanish speaking Bilingual Medical Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and patient-facing support at scheduled medical service locations. This mobile role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in changing environments, and is comfortable traveling between nearby locations throughout the workday. Comprehensive onboarding and training will be provided to help successful candidates confidently step into the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Travel to assigned local healthcare sites and prepare spaces for scheduled services. Welcome and assist patients, provide intake materials, and help ensure required information is complete and organized. Provide administrative and logistical support to physicians and the broader healthcare team. Complete basic measurements and testing using provided equipment and accurately document required information. Communicate professionally with patients, physicians, and team members regarding scheduling, attendance, and site-related needs. Maintain assigned equipment and materials while following established procedures for each location.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are required. Previous experience in medical/healthcare support, patient services, customer service, or a similar setting is helpful. Comfortable working independently, traveling between assigned locations, and adapting to different work environments. Valid California driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This is a part-time contract position paying $24 per hour with the potential to transition to a temp-to-hire opportunity. Schedules will be provided at least one week in advance, and employees may be assigned to approximately 1-3 local sites per day. Required business mileage between assigned work locations will be reimbursed in accordance with applicable California law and company policy. Comprehensive in-person onboarding and training will be provided, along with a company-provided equipment kit and necessary work materials. Benefits eligibility for temporary employees is subject to Scion Staffing's applicable temporary employee benefits and policies.
