Pay:

Friday Includes:
✔ 30-Minute Lunch Break ✔ Two Paid 15-Minute Breaks 🔧 What You'll Do As a CNC Operator, you'll play a key role in producing precision aerospace components while ensuring quality, efficiency, and accuracy throughout the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities:
Operate and adjust CNC Mills, Lathes, and Multi-Axis Machines Perform machine offsets and tooling changes Load raw materials and install tooling Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and work instructions Monitor machining operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards Perform first-piece and in-process inspections Use precision measuring equipment, including: Calipers Micrometers Gauges Troubleshoot machining issues and make offset corrections as needed Accurately maintain production and inspection records Conduct routine machine maintenance and cleaning Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures Partner with Engineering, Programming, and Quality teams to improve manufacturing processes ✅
Required Qualifications Must Have:
Experience operating CNC Mills and/or CNC Lathes Ability to perform tooling changes and machine offsets Experience operating multiple CNC machines simultaneously Experience working to tight aerospace tolerances Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Experience using precision measuring instruments Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship ⭐ Preferred Qualifications Experience with Multi-Axis CNC Equipment Aerospace Manufacturing Experience Familiarity machining aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and exotic alloys Knowledge of CAD/CAM software Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles Ability to troubleshoot machines and make minor program adjustments 🎯 Who We're Looking For You take pride in producing high-quality work and thrive in a precision-driven environment.   • Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sylmar, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00
  • $25.
00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
