Weekdays, with occasional weekend availability and varying shifts About the Opportunity We are partnering with a healthcare organization seeking a dependable and compassionate Bilingual Medical Assistant (MA) to join its clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled medical professional who enjoys working closely with providers, delivering quality patient care, and supporting efficient clinic operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role will support patient care and administrative functions across clinics in El Monte, Los Angeles, and Huntington Park. Key Responsibilities Work directly with providers to support quality patient care and efficient clinic operations. Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, including rooming patients, recording vital signs, and documenting clinical information in the EMR system. Assist providers during examinations and procedures. Perform diagnostic tests, administer medications, and collect and prepare specimens within the scope of practice and as directed by a clinician. Follow infection control procedures and maintain patient safety standards. Answer telephone inquiries, triage patient messages, and communicate with physicians and physician assistants as needed. Maintain clean, stocked, and properly prepared examination rooms. Ensure required lab results, reports, and patient information are available before appointments. Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments through the EMR system. Prepare and update medical charts, obtain insurance authorizations as appropriate, and maintain accurate patient records. Verify patient billing information and assist with account documentation. Maintain compliance logs, medical equipment, and clinic supplies. Perform opening and closing duties and support general clinic operations. Uphold professional standards, confidentiality, and applicable healthcare regulations. Travel between assigned clinic locations as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of Medical Assistant experience. Medical Assistant diploma or equivalent formal training. Active CPT-1 Phlebotomy certification/license. Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Reliable transportation and ability to travel between El Monte, Los Angeles, and Huntington Park clinics. Professional, friendly, and compassionate approach when working with patients, providers, and staff. Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced clinical environment. Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing clinic needs.

Compensation & Schedule Pay:

$23

•25 per hour.
