medical assistant for the front and back office.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE

• Proven experience in running the front desk, CRM, appointments, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with patients and establish long-term relationships so new patients are signed up for our programs and existing patients are re-signed for more services.
• Familiarity with the weight loss, nutrition and personal fitness industry is a plus.

DUTIES:

• Build and maintain relationships with patients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with and support the office manager so her time is freed up for other functions.
• Prepare and deliver facility tours, highlighting the clinic's products, services, benefits, and features.
• Negotiate packages and memberships and close patients, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
